Domain Cigars

Domain Cigars is a vertically integrated boutique brand co-founded by Esteban Disla and Daniel Lance. Disla chose Lance as partner—their collaboration began with a phone call—and together they built a "soil to smoke" operation linking Disla-family tobacco farms in Valle Regadío to rolling at Tabacalera Familia Disla S.A. in Estelí. Launched in 2024, the portfolio spans Neutron (Mexican San Andrés), Negentropy (Ecuadorian habano), and Entropy, built around the family's Despanic fermentation process and a third-wave Nicaraguan cigar-making philosophy Domain tells in its Few Masters documentary.

Disla's four-decade career includes more than ten years as master blender at Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño (home to RoMa Craft Tobac) and earlier work at STG Estelí, where he created blends for CAO, Alec Bradley, and roughly thirty other companies. Lance brought nearly a decade of U.S. retail experience, co-founded Lujo Concepts (BTX cutter), and moved to Estelí years earlier to study tobacco—not initially intending to launch a brand. Domain's owner-operator model places it alongside Karen Berger and HVC in the boutique-to-vertical tier.
