Cigar Nexus is a static reference site. We do not run accounts, checkout, or mailing lists.
The age check remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older, using your browser’s local storage. We do not verify identity, and that flag never leaves your device as a login or profile.
The map may also remember simple interface choices locally, such as whether you have seen the first-visit guide.
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. Those services may set their own cookies or collect technical data (browser, approximate location, referrer) under their policies.
Some pages include a “Shop at Famous Smoke Shop” button. That is an affiliate link. Opening those sections can load a small tracking image from the affiliate network so a commission can be recorded if you later buy something. See Disclosures for the commercial detail.
We do not create user accounts, process payments, or sell a list of visitors. Corrections sent to our email are read by a person and are not published unless we update a public profile.
