Pete Johnson

Pete Johnson is the founder of Tatuaje (2003) and L'Atelier (2012). He met Pepín García as García's first private-label client in Miami at El Rey de los Habanos; that partnership moved to Estelí with My Father and became one of the defining boutique-plus-factory stories of the 2000s. Tatuaje is the tattoo-shop marca; L'Atelier Imports is the later "workshop" company (with brother K.C. and friends) using Sancti Spíritus leaf and wine-world naming. Both still roll with the Garcías.
