Boutique Blends is the Miami company behind Aging Room, founded as Habana Cuba Cigar Co. (1996, Oliveros non-Cuban) and taken over in 2002 by Rafael Nodal, Alina Cordoves Nodal, and Hank Bischoff. After years of flavored Oliveros and missed bets, they renamed the firm Boutique Blends around 2012 and rebuilt around small-batch Aging Room with Jochy Blanco as manufacturing partner (later a partner in the company).
Altadis U.S.A. has distributed Aging Room since 2017, and Nodal works inside Altadis, but Boutique Blends remains the ownership vehicle for the marca.
