Tabacalera Palma (also called Tabacalera La Palma) in Tamboril is the Dominican factory of Jochy Blanco, a family tobacco operation that grew from local Cibao production into a boutique contract address. The floor is best known in the U.S. for Aging Room (Small Batch, Quattro Original, Solera, and related Dominican lines) and for Blanco's own La Galera marca.
Palma is not an Estelí mega-plant. It is a Tamboril boutique room with grower culture behind it, which is why Nodal used it as the original Aging Room laboratory before adding San Lotano for Nicaraguan puros. On Cigar Nexus, Palma answers "where is Dominican Aging Room made" and sits beside Fuente, La Alianza, and William Ventura as a named DR factory rather than an anonymous shed.
