Tabacalera Von Eicken S.R.L. is a premium handmade cigar factory in the Santiago Norte free-trade zone (Zona Franca Pisano) in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. It was known earlier as the Charles Fairmorn factory. It belongs to Joh. Wilh. von Eicken GmbH, a German family tobacco company founded in 1770 in Mülheim an der Ruhr and now based in Lübeck, run by the eighth generation of the family.

The group founded the Dominican factory in 2001, under Rolando Villamil, a tobacco veteran who ran the operation until his death in February 2022. In July 2026 the free-trade zone recognized the factory for 25 years of operations. It works from Nave 31 of the Pisano zone with about 120 direct employees, and Renso Marte is master blender and production manager. All of its output is exported, mainly to the U.S., Europe and Asia. Its own brands, Belmore and Don Antonio, are sold mostly in Europe and the Middle East.

Most of its work is private-label cigars. The flagship client is Glen Case's Kristoff. It is the only factory that has made Kristoff's cigars, and Case calls Villamil his mentor. The factory also makes Epic Cigars and Bronx Tale, a brand made for actor Chazz Palminteri. Other Dominican factories on this map include Tabacalera Palma in nearby Tamboril and PDR Cigars.
