Costa Rican production—including the Oro Line (originally My Cigar Lab) and Ocean Breeze—rolls at Tabacos de Costa Rica, where halfwheel and trade coverage have repeatedly confirmed factory origin for core Costa Rica releases such as Ocean Breeze and Baba Yaga.
