Jorge Padrón is a key leader of the third generation at Padrón Cigars, helping guide the company founded by his grandfather José Orlando Padrón and continued under his father Orlando. Jorge grew up inside one of the most quality-obsessed operations in the industry, learning the business from the rolling floor to the aging rooms at Tabacos Cubanica in Estelí.
Under Jorge's leadership alongside his brother Orlando, Padrón has maintained its reputation for uncompromising consistency across the regular line, 1964 Anniversary, and 1926 Serie—without the marketing flash that many competitors rely on. The family's multigenerational commitment to Nicaraguan tobacco and direct retailer relationships remains one of the industry's most respected models of family ownership.
